One Tribe

Helena loves The Black Eyed Peas, John is a Lady Gaga fan and Charlene just wants a quiet night.  Three teenagers have their perceptions, assumptions and judgements of racism change over night, One Tribe is a funny but challenging play on racism in the 21st centenary. 

AIMS 

  • To create a new piece of theatre that will encourage discussion on diversity and promotion of tolerance.
  • To promote community cohesion through collaboration and shared experience.
  • To demonstrate the values of using drama in a wide range of learning and development.
  • To provide access to the arts for people who may not otherwise have the opportunity.

One Tribe is an exciting ad challenging new play written and directed by the Artistic Director of Spanner in the Works theatre company.
